Course: Fundamentals of Machine Learning
The ITIMF Department, through the CS & Education Laboratory, is organizing the Fundamentals of Machine Learning course from June 10-12, 2024, lectured by Dr. Eng. Octavian Radu, co-founder and CEO of Smart Touch Technologies.
The course schedule is as follows:
- June 10, 2024, from 10 AM to 1 PM, room AP9
- June 11, 2024, from 9 AM to 12 PM, room AP9
- June 12, 2024, from 10 AM to 1 PM, room AP9
Students and faculty members from the university are invited to participate.

Workshop ALBER – May 30, 2024
The ITIMF Department is organizing the scientific workshop on the theme “Affective Learning: Benefits and Ethical Risks in Higher Education” (ALBER).
The results of the research activities carried out within the GO-GICS project no. 11061/08.06.2023, beneficiary Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, will be presented.
Members of the academic community with interests in the proposed theme are invited to participate.
The workshop will take place on May 30, 2024, starting at 1:30 PM, in room AP10.
